Boards of Directors
The Hudson River Valley Greenway Boards of Directors were created by the legislature in 1991. For details on the size and purpose of the Boards visit hudsongreenway.ny.gov/overview-mission. All members of the Boards must live in the Greenway area. See the map found at hudsongreenway.ny.gov/overview-mission for the Greenway area.
Members of the Boards are unpaid volunteers. They are eligible to receive reimbursement for expenses related to their duties, such as travel. In the immediate past year there were no expenses paid to Board members.
