About
The Hudson River Valley Greenway Communities Council is a New York State Agency. Its primary legislative purpose is to coordinate with local governments on developing and enhancing local land-use planning techniques and creating a voluntary regional planning compact for the Hudson River Valley. Through the Greenway Communities Program, the Council manages appropriated State funds, offering grants and technical assistance to support community planning activities.
